Paying by card

Card payments are taken in a secure window run by our payment provider. Your card details go to the provider and never reach the studio.

Changing or cancelling a consultation

Every booking confirmation carries a link to change or cancel it. While the link is valid and before the consultation starts, you can cancel the booking from it, and move it to another time when that consultation is still offered on the site. Cancelling frees the time for someone else, and it cannot be undone.

A time held while you pay

When a consultation has a fee, the time is held for you while you pay, until the time shown on the payment page. If you have not paid by then, the hold ends and the time goes back on the calendar.

A payment that arrives after the hold ended

A payment approved after the hold has ended is still booked when the time is free and has not started. If the time was taken or blocked, the booking was cancelled or already paid, or the time has started, nothing new is booked. The studio is told when the payment arrives and refunds it. The payment page shows a reference to quote if you write to us.

How a refund is made

A refund is made by a person at the studio through the payment provider. It is not automatic.

Digital products

When an order for a digital product is refunded, its download link stops working.

Asking about a payment

To ask about a payment or a refund, write to the studio at the email address in the footer of this site and quote the reference shown on your payment page or in your receipt.

الدفع بالبطاقة

تتم عمليات الدفع بالبطاقة في نافذة آمنة يديرها مزوّد خدمة الدفع لدينا. تذهب بيانات بطاقتك إلى المزوّد ولا تصل إلى الاستوديو أبدًا.

تغيير الاستشارة أو إلغاؤها

يحمل كل تأكيد حجز رابطًا لتغييره أو إلغائه. ما دام الرابط صالحًا وقبل بدء الاستشارة، يمكنك إلغاء الحجز منه، ونقله إلى موعد آخر ما دامت تلك الاستشارة لا تزال معروضة في الموقع. يتيح الإلغاء الموعد لشخص آخر ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

موعد محجوز أثناء الدفع

عندما تكون للاستشارة رسوم، يُحجز لك الموعد أثناء الدفع حتى الوقت الظاهر في صفحة الدفع. إذا لم تدفع قبل ذلك، ينتهي الحجز ويعود الموعد متاحًا في التقويم.

دفعة تصل بعد انتهاء الحجز

يُثبَّت الحجز إذا اعتُمدت الدفعة بعد انتهاء المهلة وكان الموعد متاحًا ولم يبدأ بعد. وإذا أُخذ الموعد أو حُجب، أو أُلغي الحجز أو سبق دفعه، أو بدأ الموعد، فلا يُحجز شيء جديد. يُبلَّغ الاستوديو عند وصول الدفعة ويردّ المبلغ. تعرض صفحة الدفع رقمًا مرجعيًا يمكنك ذكره عند مراسلتنا.

كيف يتم الاسترداد

يتم الاسترداد على يد أحد أفراد الاستوديو عبر مزوّد خدمة الدفع، وهو ليس تلقائيًا.

المنتجات الرقمية

عند استرداد طلب منتج رقمي، يتوقف رابط التنزيل الخاص به عن العمل.

الاستفسار عن دفعة

للاستفسار عن دفعة أو عن استرداد، راسل الاستوديو على عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الموجود في أسفل هذا الموقع واذكر الرقم المرجعي الظاهر في صفحة الدفع أو في إيصالك.
